Commercial Lines Marketing Leader

Marketing Team Leader – Responsibilities Lead new business marketing to achieve agency sales and retention goals.
Provide training, development, direction, support and guidance to marketing team members and producers.
Continuously review marketing results and measure progress in meeting Agency/Carrier objectives.
Oversee profitability and growth metrics in partnership with key insurance carriers.
Maintain and develop relationships with carrier partners and other insurance intermediaries.
Communicate carrier risk appetites, carrier information, and target business classes with Marketing, Service, and Sales teams.
Ensure quality of marketing results within the department.
Communicate pertinent marketing topics with sales and leadership teams.
Identify, design, and implement marketing strategies, including new products, services, and tailored coverages.
Execute special projects as requested by leadership.
Lead by example, demonstrate professional appearance, strategic problem‑solving skills, and stay accessible to the team.
Maintain records to support a paperless environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience 5+ years of broad experience in account management, sales, underwriting, and marketing of Commercial Lines insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven track record of managing and leading a team.
In-office attendance required; remote work not permitted.
Licenses and Certifications Valid Florida P&C License.
