To support the launch of COMP360, the full-time Director of Payer Marketing will develop US market access strategies and payer engagement assets while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid work environment based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast.
Key responsibilities
Develop payer segment strategies and promotional materials for various market segments including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
Create a Payer Value Proposition deck to educate payers on COMP360 for use by Payer Account Directors
Coordinate and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure payer marketing materials meet customer needs and compliance standards
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of eight years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Account Management, or Managed Markets/Payer Marketing
Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and market access across government and commercial segments
Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse departments
Experience in developing early access strategies and related tools
