To drive brand growth and ensure strategic alignment, the full-time salaried Brand Strategy Executive will lead the execution and governance of brand strategy, manage a team, and collaborate cross-functionally while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Oversee brand strategy execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operationalizing brand initiatives across the enterprise
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that differentiates the brand in the market while managing brand resources and training
Monitor brand performance and health, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and communicate progress to leadership
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management or strategy, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Proven experience in brand strategy governance and health measurement
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Experience with AI tools for brand development and a strong understanding of market research and analysis
