Director of Sales – Costco

Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to manage and grow Costco business for soft home product suppliers. This is a high‑impact opportunity for someone with strong Costco relationships who can expand an existing business and help build a larger specialty division over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Costco business across Soft Home / textile categories
  • Build sales strategy, annual plans, forecasting, and account growth initiatives
  • Develop strong relationships with Costco buyers, merchants, and support teams
  • Partner with supplier clients on inventory, promotions, product opportunities, and performance tracking
  • Analyze sales trends, promotional ROI, and category opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal analytics, ecommerce, and operations teams as needed

Ideal Background

  • Proven Costco experience and understanding of the Costco model
  • Strong Costco relationships with merchants/buyers
  • Retailer, supplier, or broker‑side backgrounds all considered
  • Soft Home, textiles, sheets, towels, or related category experience a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and excited to help build something new
  • Ideally Seattle‑area based; remote with occasional travel
