Director of Sales – Costco
Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to manage and grow Costco business for soft home product suppliers. This is a high‑impact opportunity for someone with strong Costco relationships who can expand an existing business and help build a larger specialty division over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow Costco business across Soft Home / textile categories
- Build sales strategy, annual plans, forecasting, and account growth initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with Costco buyers, merchants, and support teams
- Partner with supplier clients on inventory, promotions, product opportunities, and performance tracking
- Analyze sales trends, promotional ROI, and category opportunities
- Collaborate with internal analytics, ecommerce, and operations teams as needed
Ideal Background
- Proven Costco experience and understanding of the Costco model
- Strong Costco relationships with merchants/buyers
- Retailer, supplier, or broker‑side backgrounds all considered
- Soft Home, textiles, sheets, towels, or related category experience a plus
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and excited to help build something new
- Ideally Seattle‑area based; remote with occasional travel
