Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive our expansion in the United States. As one of the earliest team members in this region, you will develop our sales strategy, drive new business growth, and establish partnerships to grow revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and expertise in client acquisition and relationship management. You will drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. Your goal is to exceed sales targets and ensure widespread adoption of our technology solution, starting with Veridooh’s leading programmatic out-of-home advertising verification, followed by our full product suite.
This role is perfect for a proactive, entrepreneurial, action-oriented sales professional who is passionate about driving growth, making a significant impact in a new market, and approaching challenges with humility.
You will report to the North America Head of Sales and work closely with the Veridooh Leadership Team, playing a key role in establishing Veridooh’s award-winning technology, presence, and reputation in this expanding market.
What you’ll do
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Sales and Client Acquisition: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the United States. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline of prospective clients across media agencies, programmatic buyers, and direct advertisers. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Veridooh’s leading verification and campaign automation solutions.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture partnerships with industry stakeholders, including associations and other marketing tech players. Represent Veridooh at industry events to expand market presence and focus on outbound sales.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring regular engagement and understanding of their needs. Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience and drive continuous improvement in our offerings.

What you’ll bring
- Proven Sales Ability: At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Industry Experience: 3-5 years experience in advertising technology/ out of home media sales/ media agency sales. A strong understanding of the Out of Home landscape in the United States is required. A strong understanding of the pDOOH landscape, working with DSPs, programmatic buyers and/or media agencies would be a plus.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Client Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to understand client needs and advocate for their success.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our product. Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven track record in leading negotiations and closing deals. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and secure favorable outcomes.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: A "can do" mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated resilience and the capability and comfort to overcome challenges, contributing to the growth and success of our new market operations.
