Position

TG Therapeutics is seeking a highly versatile and hands‑on Senior Director, Integrated Engagement & Account Lead to join its growing internal advertising agency. This role will serve as a key lead across a range of agency projects, with primary support for HCP BRIUMVI, Market Access, and Next in MS. The ideal candidate brings broad experience across social, digital, and print, with the ability to provide thoughtful input, guide work through execution, and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

This individual must be able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities with independence, and bring a strong roll‑up-your‑sleeves mindset. They need to be comfortable moving between big‑picture thinking and day‑to‑day execution, while partnering closely with internal teams to keep work moving and maintain a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide integrated strategic input and direction across social, digital, and print projects in support of brand and business objectives.
  • Serve as a lead within the internal advertising agency for assigned initiatives, primarily supporting HCP BRIUMVI, Market Access, and Next in MS.
  • Oversee projects from kickoff through completion, helping to ensure timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are clearly aligned and managed.
  • Partner with creative, brand teams to guide work through development and execution.
  • Help prioritize incoming work and support efficient workflow across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Contribute to the development of engagement plans and tactical recommendations across a variety of channels and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are executed with attention to detail, consistency, and alignment to strategic and business needs.
  • Work effectively and independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bring a hands‑on approach to the business, contributing wherever needed and with a no‑task‑too‑small mindset.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships across the internal agency and broader organization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, agency, or related environments.
  • Experience working across social, digital, and print channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and move work successfully from concept through execution.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think proactively, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to balance high‑level leadership with day‑to‑day involvement in the work.
  • Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Comfortable stepping into both leadership and executional roles, adapts quickly to changing business needs, and brings a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset to every project.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
