Bears with Benefits (BwB) is a premium European supplement brand , formulated in Germany and distributed online worldwide. As the #1 gummy brand in Europe, and a successful U.S. launch in 2025, BwB is continuing its international expansion with the upcoming opening of its Montreal office.

This new milestone marks the launch of Bears with Benefits in the Canadian market, with a local bilingual website (Canadian French / English) and a 100% digital model, true to its direct‑to‑consumer DNA.

Bears with Benefits ($60M in revenue) is part of the Havea Group ($500M revenue) , a major player in food supplements and a leader in natural health in Europe.

Your Role

As the Marketing Manager of BwB Canada, you will lead the Canadian market launch for Bears with Benefits — a brand that has already become the #1 gummy supplement in Europe and successfully entered the US market in 2025. Reporting to the General Manager of North America, you will own the acquisition and retention strategy, shaping the brand's positioning and driving performance across all digital channels.

You will work closely day‑to‑day with the Business Strategy & Operations Associate North America, together building the Canadian team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage the Canadian website (FR & EN): content adaptation, conversion optimization, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and execute the digital growth strategy: Paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google), SEO, CRM, Amazon, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
  • Oversee media and creative agencies: ensure brand consistency and strong ROI.
  • Build and manage retention and subscription strategies: implement CRM, loyalty programs, and community engagement.
  • Work closely with the US and European teams to maintain global brand consistency and share best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, and e-commerce with a focus on the Canadian market.
  • Hands‑on experience across acquisition and performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results‑driven with the ability to move between big picture strategy and day‑to‑day execution.
  • Native Canadian French and fluent English are required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor H‑1B visas at this time.
