Account Manager – Entertainment Marketing & Advisory
WME Group is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for consumer brand clients within the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory team.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day servicing of consumer brand clients.
Lead talent project management: research, vetting, and drafting recommendations for talent targets.
Oversee and lead the execution of talent deliverables.
Work closely with major brands and their marketing teams in agency and in‑house settings.
Communicate daily with clients, talent reps, publicists, and third‑party vendors.
Participate in the development and execution of customized programs that meet client objectives.
Create talent and partnership recommendation decks to support initiatives.
Manage research requests and pull data for talent and partnership vetting and reporting.
Develop and maintain a network of relationships across the industry, including agents, managers, publicists, and direct‑talent representatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 5 years of consumer/brand marketing experience at a talent, PR or marketing agency.
Experience working with brand clients, internal teams and other agency partners.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask multiple client requests.
Established relationships across the talent and entertainment industry.
Talent partnerships/booking experience required.
Strong interest and knowledge in pop culture, entertainment & celebrity culture.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Superior client relationship and service skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
Adaptability to change in a fast‑paced environment.
Dependable, proactive and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides.
Familiarity with social/creator analytics tools such as Captiv8 or CreatorIQ is a plus.
Strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry.
Benefits
Competitive pay range $62,625 – $83,500 annually, along with potential short‑ and long‑term incentives. Benefits include health care, retirement plans, vacation, paid time off, and additional offerings.
