Overview
SWBC is seeking a talented individual to develop, execute, and manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns to promote company products, services, and overall brand using print, direct mail, online, social media, paid search, and email marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies based on divisional and company goals, industry trends, and budget, and manage multiple projects of varying complexity for the full customer lifecycle.
Write, edit, and produce content, including but not limited to blog posts, marketing collateral, video scripts, eBooks, advertising copy, email marketing, and social media content.
Develop inbound and outbound marketing campaigns based on divisional goals, and pivot tactics and executions based on results.
Advise clients on branding, positioning, communication, and other marketing issues.
Conduct research and/or undertake self‑led training by reading trade publications, online articles, and attending conferences or seminars to stay up to date on industry trends and gain additional marketing knowledge.
Work closely with the appropriate team members within the department or across the company to execute projects and monitor and deliver reporting at set intervals.
Develop campaign metrics and track return on investment.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field from an accredited four‑year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum: Three (3) years in marketing campaigns and strategies development, content production such as blog posts and advertising, or other related experience.
Strong knowledge in developing new strategies that benefit the company’s marketing efforts.
Preferred: Experience in financial institution, credit union, or insurance marketing.
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability and curiosity to learn.
Working knowledge of business‑to‑business and business‑to‑consumer social media best practices.
Proficient inbound marketing campaign and strategic marketing development skills.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience using a project management system for project routing and strong project management skills.
Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills.
Excellent multi‑tasking, presentation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong copywriting, content development, and editing skills.
Basic level of experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, etc).
Strong knowledge of grammar and style standards.
