Role Summary
Responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data across enterprise systems supporting capital programs and facilities operations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain data across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and alignment with business rules.

Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support project tracking, financial analysis, and executive reporting.

Collaborate with stakeholders (project management, finance, operations, and IT teams) to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights.

Support integration and validation of data across systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Establish and maintain data standards, definitions, and governance practices.

Create and maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and reporting processes.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in data management, reporting, or business intelligence roles.

Strong skills in SQL, reporting tools, or dashboarding platforms (e.g., BI tools).

Familiarity with project/program management or ERP systems.

Experience working with integrated enterprise systems and large datasets.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
