We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketing leader who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and driving measurable results. This role requires deep expertise in SEM, PPC, Google Ads, SEO, and Programmatic advertising , combined with the ability to lead by example and mentor a team through practical execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute high-impact SEM and SEO campaigns that grow digital footprint and drive conversions.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with growth marketing and sales objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of paid campaigns across Google Ads and programmatic platforms—from planning and creative approvals to launch and optimization.
- Treat YouTube as a search engine , leveraging video campaigns for reach and engagement.
- Set up and maintain GA4 dashboards , tracking reports, conversion goals, and tagging across web properties.
- Deliver daily and weekly performance reports on CAC, CPI, CPC, and traffic metrics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive insights to continuously refine strategies.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing SEM, PPC, and SEO campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager , and conversion funnel analytics.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, targeting, and SEO best practices .
- Experience with programmatic advertising and DSP platforms.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution .
- Excellent communication skills and a lead-by-example mindset .
- Agency experience is a plus.
