Marketing & Business Development Manager – Law Firm (NYC)
We’re partnering with a leading international law firm seeking a
Marketing & Business Development Manager
to support a high-performing corporate practice in New York.
This is a highly visible, partner-facing role where you’ll work closely with senior attorneys to drive business development strategy, support client growth initiatives, and execute across key priorities including pitches, proposals, and practice marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with practice leaders on business development planning and execution
Lead development of pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials
Identify and track client opportunities and cross-selling initiatives
Support awards, directories, and external profile-raising efforts
Collaborate across marketing, communications, and BD teams
What we’re looking for
5–7+ years of experience in legal or professional services marketing/BD
Strong writing and project management skills
Experience supporting corporate, capital markets, or transactional practices preferred
Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
