As a Retail Photo Lead at VENU+, you will be part of a team that supports photo operations and customer service at the photo retail locations. You will work with the photo management team to plan and execute development and sales initiatives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Create an outstanding buying experience for the customer by executing floor leadership
Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
Coach and develop Retail Photo Host in proper photo capture techniques and sales, including lighting and positioning
Lead and work alongside the Retail Photo Host team to problem solve customer concerns
Work with photo management in opening, closing and operating the photo retail locations, including cash handling and deposits as governed by operations control standards
Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures
Assist with inventory counts as needed and maintain location appearance adhering to merchandising standards
Assist with all functions within a photo location in compliance with VENU+ policies and procedures
Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management
Qualifications

High school diploma/GED and at least 6 months of experience in retail management with strong customer focus background
Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
Ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and interact with people in a positive way
Professional, energetic and positive attitude
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze results, make good decisions, and take responsibility
Working knowledge of PC Windows applications (Excel and Word)
Flexible scheduling availability; reliable transportation
Ability to work evening (closing) and morning (opening) shifts, weekends, and holidays
