This role requires a strong blend of measurement strategy, attribution expertise, marketing technology understanding, analytics, stakeholder management, and execution ownership. Candidates should be able to operate as “technical marketers” who can drive business outcomes.

1. Measurement & Attribution Expertise (Core of team’s solutioning and transforming focus)
They should have a knowledge of digital marketing technologies, acquisition measurement and some familiarity with attribution methods.

Digital measurement frameworks (conversion tracking, funnel analysis)

Attribution methodologies (rule-based, data-driven, MMM basics)

Experimentation and incrementality (A/B testing, lift measurement)

Understanding of customer acquisition journeys across channels

2. AI & Advanced Analytics
Given the transformation focus:

Experience applying

AI/ML in marketing or measurement contexts

Familiarity with predictive modeling, segmentation, or optimization

Ability to translate AI capabilities into

practical business use cases

(not just theory)

Comfort working with data science teams and interpreting model outputs

3. Tools & Technical Skills

Experience with

Adobe Solutions: Analytics / Experience Cloud

/

Workfront / Attribution

Data handling experience is a plus but not necessary (SQL, large datasets, data pipelines awareness)

Exposure to cloud/data platforms

Understanding of tracking infrastructure (tags, pixels, SDKs)

Ability to

frame ambiguous problems into structured solutions

Connect measurement strategies to

business outcomes (growth, acquisition efficiency)

Prioritize effectively when multiple stakeholders have competing needs

Think long-term (scalable solutions) while delivering short-term value

8. Domain Understanding (Nice-to-Have but Valuable)

Experience in

financial services / banking / regulated industries

Knowledge of privacy, consent, and tracking limitations (increasingly important)
