The Opportunity
Brand ink is hiring a B2B Account Executive focused on new business development across the Twin Cities and with major national enterprise companies. This is a full-cycle sales role built around creative marketing solutions: vehicle wraps, architectural graphics (retail, corporate offices, stadiums, and more), events, and brand activations.

You'll prospect into key verticals, build referral partnerships, and show up where your clients are. In person, at events, in the field. You'll consult with clients on branding and work hand-in-hand with our in-house design, production, and installation teams to deliver.

Brand ink is growing. There is a real path for advancement here for the right person who comes in, builds a book of business, and grows with the company.

What You'll Do

Prospect Daily: Build and work a pipeline within industries like property management, trades, fleet operators, and event marketing

Drive Face-to-Face Connection: Show up in person consistently, build relationships, and manage an active and growing pipeline.

Hit Monthly Goals: Close new business against a monthly sales target. Your comp is built around consistent monthly performance, and the structure rewards you well when you're hitting and exceeding it.

Network & Build Referral Partnerships: Show up at local events, industry gatherings, and community touchpoints to build relationships that compound over time

Consult & Collaborate: Partner with clients on branding decisions and work closely with our design, production, and install teams to bring solutions to life

Manage Your Pipeline: Keep CRM current: stage movement, follow-up cadence, and activity tracking

A Hunter by Nature: You love building from scratch, you're comfortable in cold outreach, and you thrive on closing

B2B Sales Pro: 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a track record of building and closing a pipeline

Brand-Oriented: You have an eye for marketing and branding. You can talk about creative solutions in a way that earns client trust.

Energized by People: You're organized, adaptable, and at your best face-to-face

Excited About Networking: You see in-person events and referral relationships as a core part of your playbook, not a chore

Compensation & Benefits

OTE: $104,000+ in total compensation. Top performers earn more.

Base Salary: $80,000/year

Commission: Uncapped, paid on the next paycheck after production and installation is completed. No waiting until end of quarter.
