Marketing Director / Coordinator

Marketing Director / Coordinator (Remote with occasional on‑site meetings) – full‑time Marketing Coordinator position to support executive operations and drive marketing initiatives within our growing company. The role is primarily remote, collaborating across leadership, marketing, and operations to gain hands‑on experience in multiple facets of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for leadership
Assist in developing and executing rehab‑focused marketing strategies
Prepare and format marketing materials (presentations, brochures, digital content, etc.)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Provide executive support including scheduling, correspondence, and task coordination
Coordinate marketing projects and ensure timely completion
Support branding and outreach initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Required to be located from Nebraska, Kansas or Iowa
Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset
What We Offer

Competitive salary: $50,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
Full‑time: 30–40 hours per week
