About the Role
This is a high-impact, field-based opportunity covering Ohio & Pennsylvania , working directly with leading bone marrow transplant (BMT) and stem cell transplant centres of excellence. You must live in either of these states for this position.

You will navigate sophisticated clinical discussions, nuanced reimbursement pathways, and institution-specific dynamics, translating complexity into clear, high-value engagement. Working in close alignment with medical, market access, and commercial peers, you will play a critical role in shaping adoption within a highly specialised therapeutic landscape.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic engagement within bone marrow transplant (BMT) and stem cell transplant centres across Ohio and Pennsylvania

Partner with BMT/HSCT physicians, program directors, and multidisciplinary transplant care teams to support patient identification and access

Deliver high-level clinical and access discussions with credibility in a complex transplant environment

Navigate institutional pathways including reimbursement, specialty product handling, and transplant care coordination

Build deep, trusted relationships across clinical, operational, and access stakeholders within transplant programs

Collaborate cross-functionally to align on account strategy and optimise patient access

Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive territory performance

Execute with precision against strategic plans and consistently deliver high-performance outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

Proven success in biotech/pharmaceutical sales within complex, specialty markets

Experience in bone marrow transplant, hematology, oncology, or advanced/rare disease therapies (BMT/hematology strongly preferred)

Demonstrated ability to engage senior clinical stakeholders within transplant or academic centre settings

Strong understanding of transplant patient pathways, GVHD management, and specialty therapy access dynamics

High level of clinical acumen with the ability to communicate sophisticated data with confidence

Highly analytical, with the ability to translate insights into strategic action

Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments
