Operational & Project Business

  • Planning, coordination, and on-time execution of POS display campaigns across grocery retail, drugstores, specialty retail, gyms, and marketplaces
  • Responsibility for replenishment and demand planning in close collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Inbound Logistics
  • Coordination of transportation and logistics processes with Outbound Logistics and external service providers
  • Ensuring delivery timelines, inventory availability, and escalation management
  • Analysis and steering of promotional performance, including ROI, sell-out performance, and inventory rotation
  • End-to-end process ownership from campaign planning through retail execution to sell-out and replenishment

Strategic & Process Optimization

  • Design and optimization of end-to-end retail promotion and supply chain processes
  • Development and management of international supplier and freight forwarder networks
  • Implementation of process and system optimizations (SAP Business One, BI tools, project management systems)
  • Further development of forecasting and inventory strategies across B2B and DTC channels
  • Support international expansion and retail rollout projects

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop a three-person Supply Chain team
  • Responsibility for team targets, KPIs, and operational performance
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and international partners
  • Contract and negotiation management with suppliers and logistics partners

Your skillset - as strong as our protein

  • Experience in large-scale retail operations (e.g. grocery retail, discount retail, drugstores)
  • Proven experience managing promotional business and retail campaign performance
  • Experience with POS displays and promotional business within FMCG, food, nutrition, lifestyle, or cosmetics
  • Experience in international rollouts, retail campaigns, or network projects
  • Strong understanding of retail supply chain and promotional operations
  • Confident use of SAP (ideally Business One), Excel, and Power BI
  • Business-fluent English skills
  • Leadership experience combined with strong execution capabilities
  • Hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
