Principal Test Systems Execution Lead Engineer

located

onsite in Tucson, Arizona

. This position involves working in a lab environment with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy the systems to help support test and tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter.

Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment.
As the lead, you will be expected to provide training, as needed, understand the scope, cost and schedule of the Program and define/delegate tasking for your team.
Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment.
System level test setup and operation across the different environments within development or production.
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years' prior relevant experience
Experience with the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments.
Experience with design, development and/or integration of test equipment.
S. government issued security clearance is required. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Strong organization, coordination, planning, teaming skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.
Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of or experience with equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, electronics maintenance, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers.
Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers.
Experience with Agile Process and gate reviews.
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Agile Methodologies understanding.
