Key responsibilities

Collaborate with creative and production teams to provide resource solutions and manage project requests via Asana
Lead sprint planning and capacity meetings, proactively addressing coverage gaps and project timelines
Maintain a comprehensive resource database and support workflow efficiencies across departments

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or 5+ years in creative operations or project management
Experience with agile frameworks and managing sprint planning across multiple projects
Proficient in project management software, with knowledge of Asana required
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-velocity environment
