About the Role
We're looking for a talented, locally based videographer to join our creative team on a part-time contract. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and Creative Strategist to bring content concepts to life across multiple formats — from long-form podcasts to punchy social clips and performance ad creatives.

Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality photo and video content for B2B marketing purposes

Collaborate with the Creative Director and Creative Strategist on content concepts and shot lists

Scout locations and manage logistics for shoots

Handle full setup and teardown of equipment on-site

Lead pre-production planning to ensure smooth execution

Partner with the video editing team during post-production to deliver polished final assets

Content Formats

Podcast (long-form video)

YouTube (long & mid-form)

Short-form social (Reels, TikTok, Clips)

VSL Production

Ad creatives (paid social & YouTube)

What We're Looking For

Proven experience shooting professional photo and video (portfolio required)

Strong understanding of B2B content and professional production aesthetics

Ability to own shoots end-to-end — from location scouting to wrap

Experience collaborating with creative teams and editing departments

Reliable, communicative, and self-directed

Must be based in Newport Beach or surrounding areas

Qualifications

Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and delivering digital-first video content.

Proficiency in camera operation and handling different types of camera equipment.

Experience with lighting setup and adjustment for a variety of environments and formats.

Capability in shooting video for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.

Experience with basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and file management.

Portfolio or reel demonstrating high-quality videography for brands, agencies, or digital campaigns.

Ability to work remotely, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with creative, strategy, and account teams across time zones.

Familiarity with digital marketing, social media formats, and performance-driven creative is a plus.

Prior experience in an agency, production studio, or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
