Role Overview

Design, develop, and improve software solutions that provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. Deliver high‑quality software using industry‑aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high‑quality software solutions, employing secure coding practices and effective unit testing.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and devise solution strategies.
Participate in code reviews, promote code quality, and share knowledge with peers.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to the organization’s technology communities.
Write regression and unit test cases for developed functionality.
Provide production support, including troubleshooting production issues and working with the RTB L1 support team.
Contribute to the maturity of DevOps practices for the application.
Provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Leadership / Team Collaboration

If the role includes leadership responsibilities, demonstrate the LEAD behaviors: Listen, Energise, Align, Develop.
Guide and support professional development of team members and coordinate resources.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders outside the immediate function, building a network of contacts.
Qualifications & Experience

Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and related front‑end technologies.
Experience building scalable, performance‑optimized web applications.
Strong knowledge of secure coding practices, unit testing, and DevOps.
Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Ability to write clear functional requirements and translate them into high‑quality designs and code.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to make evaluative judgments.
