The Video and Multimedia Designer can move quickly, think creatively, and execute boldly. Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-impact video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, retail promotions, and brand storytelling

Turn ideas into polished content quickly while maintaining strong creative standards

Capture the energy, lifestyle, and personality behind our wellness brands

Create motion graphics, animations, reels, branded content, and visual effects that stop consumers

Develop content optimized for digital advertising, presentations, and wholesale initiatives

Take projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight

Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and always looking for the next creative opportunity

Thrive under deadlines and manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously

Work closely with marketing, creative, and brand teams to execute campaigns that are visually compelling and strategically aligned

Bring fresh ideas, trends, and creative energy to the table consistently

Perform professional editing, color correction, audio balancing, sound design, and post‑production enhancements

Maintain organized project files and creative assets while delivering content efficiently and on schedule

A self‑starter mentality with the drive to create, improve, and execute without waiting to be asked

Ability to move quickly while balancing creativity and business priorities

Passion for storytelling, branding, social media, and consumer engagement

Qualifications:

2–3+ years of experience in video production, multimedia design, or digital content creation

Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, lifestyle content, and brand storytelling

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition

Experience with camera operation, lighting, audio equipment, and content optimization for social and digital platforms
