Controls Engineer 3
will be responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining automated control systems
to ensure efficient and reliable operation of
manufacturing machinery and processes . This role involves
programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing control systems
while ensuring compliance with
production and safety standards .

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement
control systems for industrial equipment and automated processes
• Develop and modify
PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs
• Work with
Siemens (Step 7, TIA Portal, 840D) and HMI systems (PCU50)
• Perform
troubleshooting, debugging, and system testing
• Integrate
sensors, actuators, and control devices
• Collaborate with
mechanical and electrical engineering teams
• Maintain
documentation (wiring diagrams, program logic)
• Support
repair and maintenance of production machining and assembly equipment
• Ensure compliance with
safety standards and automation regulations
Required Qualifications & Skills
•
Bachelor’s degree
in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field
•
5–7 years of experience
in
controls engineering / industrial automation
• Strong experience in
PLC Programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with
HMI/SCADA systems and industrial protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
• Experience with
Siemens hardware/software (Step 7, TIA Portal, 840D)
• Strong
analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to
work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
• Experience with
Robotics (Fanuc or KUKA)

• Knowledge of
electrical schematics, control theory, and instrumentation
• Familiarity with
industrial automation standards and safety regulations
• Experience with
CAD software and Microsoft Office tools
