Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kettering, OH for an Equipment Production and Staging Technician. The technician will assemble, configure, and test digital radiography equipment and related components according to production specifications and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include staging systems for deployment, performing functional checks, documenting configurations, and preparing units for shipping and installation. The role involves identifying and resolving equipment issues, collaborating with engineering and support teams, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. The technician will also follow established procedures, update production records, and support continuous improvement of production and staging processes.

Qualifications

Strong quality focus with skills in Quality Control and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Technical ability in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance.

Clear and professional Communication skills for working with internal teams and documenting work.

Experience with basic hand tools, test equipment, and reading technical documentation or schematics.

Ability to lift and move equipment as required, and to stand or work at a bench for extended periods.

Previous experience in manufacturing, electronics, medical devices, or related technical fields is beneficial.

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, biomedical equipment, or a related discipline is a plus.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a process-driven, safety-conscious environment.
