Sales Specialist

We are seeking a relationship-driven Sales Specialist to guide families to a vibrant senior living community and make a meaningful impact every day.
Key Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive sales presentations and tours to prospective residents and families
Building and maintaining a network of referral sources, including discharge planners, social service workers, and community professionals
Conducting home visits and presentations at senior centers, clinics, and organizations
Completing thorough follow-up with referral sources and prospects
Maintaining accurate records and preparing timely marketing reports
Attending business and community events to network and build relationships
This role requires travel as needed to support community needs and outreach efforts.
Qualifications & Skills

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with senior care and sales processes
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance goals
Compensation

This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $90,000. In addition to base compensation, bonus opportunities are also available.
