Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Representative to support growth in referrals and brand presence in the Gilbert, Chandler, and Casa Grande areas. In this role, you will build strong referral relationships, perform developmental screenings in the community, and support marketing initiatives that expand access to our pediatric therapy services.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and community partners to increase referral sources.
Visit local facilities, daycares, and preschools to conduct developmental screenings and generate new referrals.
Collaborate with operations teams to assess potential client eligibility (clinical and financial).
Support families during the pre‑admission process, maintaining clear and compassionate communication.
Develop and implement local business development strategies in assigned markets.
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans aligned with facility goals.
Ensure that company branding and image standards are upheld in all external communications.
Participate in rebranding activities for new acquisitions or service expansion.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required).
Minimum 2 years of marketing or business development experience in healthcare or pediatric therapy industry (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; regular travel between service areas required.
