Service Account Specialist I

Climatec LLC seeks Service Account Specialist 1 (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 1077 Central Parkway South, Suite 900, San Antonio, TX 78232.
Overview

Coordinate with the Service Coordinator to manage the scheduling of specialists for all service agreements, day-to-day scheduling for emergency and T&M projects, and service retrofit projects. Liaise on the receipt, verification for accuracy, and entering of service work orders and employee time sheets. Interact with service customers to ensure Climatec BTG meets and exceeds expectations. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to customers and the service sales team to support additional work, whether added to TSA, executed as T&M, or booked as a service retrofit. Provide project management on TSA’s, T&M, and service retrofit work. Lead project management on networking design and installation. Coordinate with the Material Coordinator to maintain accurate truck stocks and timely material replacement. Collaborate with the collections department and other staff to ensure timely collections for T&M, service agreements, and service construction. Coordinate material orders and timing with the Material Coordinator to maximize cash flow and material handling efficiency. Engage with Subcontractors or internal installation teams to maximize value in installations. Support Climatec and other contractors to solve building operating issues beyond controls or special systems operation. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate labor, productivity, and timely updates.
Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Service Coordinator to schedule specialists for all service agreements.
Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for emergency and T&M projects.
Manage service retrofit projects with the Service Coordinator.
Receipt, verification for accuracy, and entering of service work orders and employee time sheets.
Interact with service customers to meet and exceed expectations.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations to customers and the service sales team for additional work.
Coordinate with service sales for TSA renewal and escalation.
Perform customer QA informally and formally when scheduled.
Provide project management on TSA’s, T&M, and service retrofit work.
Lead project management on networking design and installation.
Coordinate with the Material Coordinator to ensure stock accuracy and timely material replacement.
Work with the collections department to ensure timely collections for T&M, service agreements, and service construction.
Coordinate material orders and timing to maximize cash flow and efficiency.
Engage with Subcontractors or internal installation teams to maximize value.
Offer support to solve building operating issues beyond controls or special systems operation.
Communicate with internal staff to ensure accurate labor and productivity targets are met.
Provide leadership and input for estimation, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, and training for building systems and network designs.
Coordinate with external organizations as required for accurate engineering of integrated systems.
Provide support for ongoing service engineering and support for existing building systems.
Keep service management system updated and use it to maximize productivity.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Plus 2 years of experience as a Specialist Engineer or in an occupation involving HVAC controls, system networking troubleshooting, installation and design.
Experience with: IT network and networking systems; developing and designing complex computer networks; third-party integrations to open platform BMS systems; programming of PLC devices and global/field devices; Computer Aided Design (CAD); computer systems and networking including the MS Office Suite; and HVAC systems.
Travel Requirements

25% domestic travel.
