Premier Relationship Manager

As the Premier Relationship Manager, you will manage a deposit and loan portfolio for high‑net‑worth consumer and commercial clients. You will demonstrate expertise in financial services and act as a knowledgeable resource for the Bank’s most valued clients and potential clients. Your responsibilities include developing deposit and lending relationships, promoting business through relationship building opportunities, maintaining good client relations, referring clients to appropriate staff for new services, and providing exceptional service to high‑value clients to facilitate ease of doing business and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

Three years proven and progressive business development and sales experience in the banking/financial services industry – acquired through experience in premier/private banking positions.

Comprehensive knowledge of financial services and products as well as operations and security policies, practices and procedures.

Expert knowledge of cash management services and lending solutions.

Mortgage loan origination experience strongly preferred.

NMLS registration strongly preferred.

Notary license strongly preferred.

Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or finance from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.

$85,000 to $150,000 per year + incentive
