Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support for all exhibitor clients
Resolve issues both internally and with exhibitors
Educate exhibitors on using the online tool, Expresso
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or related field
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Familiarity with online tools and documentation systems
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to assist with various tasks as assigned
