Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager at our location in Centennial, CO. The Agency Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of Hamilton Homecare in compliance with Colorado state regulations. This role ensures delivery of high-quality homemaker and personal care services, maintains operational performance, and oversees personnel and administrative functions in accordance with agency policies, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
Qualifications

Leadership and management expertise, with the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate operations
Proven skills in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
Ensures adequate staff orientation, in-service, and continuing education
Attend and participates in staff, education, and agency committee meetings as appropriate
Strong knowledge in healthcare compliance and familiarity with state regulations for in-home care services
Effective communication and relationship management skills to work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Budget management and administrative proficiency
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or homecare sector is required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field is desirable
