New Hire Experience Pro (Onboarding)

Allied Universal is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to oversee the New Employee Orientation (NEO). In this role, you will ensure new hires have the tools necessary for a successful onboarding experience. Responsibilities include preparing for NEO, proctoring orientation sessions, and managing onboarding documents through iCIMS.
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Benefits include medical, dental, and vacation time. A college degree and HR experience are preferred.
