Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in Kenya.
Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
Coach and mentor the team to success.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Knowledge of the Kenyan market preferred.

Salary starts at $1300 per month.
