Integrated Marketing Coordinator

Who You Are

The Integrated Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team with day-to-day execution across social calendars, HQ merchandising, and team operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail oriented, and excited to learn how marketing teams operate behind the scenes.
What You’re Good At

Support social channels across C4, Cellucor, and XTEND on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Review Opal regularly to ensure social calendars are complete, accurate, and not missing required information (copy, links, assets, tags, or timelines)
Own frequent hygiene checks across all social channels; ensuring links, images, CTAs, playlists, etc are in working order
Help with ordering, organizing, and tracking merchandise inventory
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and product availability
Support merchandising projects by sorting, labeling, and preparing products
Help keep the HQ store area organized and presentation‑ready
Assist with organizing and tracking contracts and release forms
Help maintain accurate records and status tracking for documentation
Support the team by ensuring files are properly stored and up to date
Assist with team tasks, scheduling support, and internal organization
Help coordinate team outings, meetings, or small logistics as needed
Provide general administrative support to help the team stay organized
What You Contribute

Internship or early‑career experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
Familiarity with social media platforms and content calendars
Comfortable working with trackers, shared documents, and organization tools
Interest in brand merchandising, store experiences, and product availability
