Founded in 2012, National Christian Foundation Orlando (NCFO) has received nearly $1 billion in contributions and facilitated more than $550 million in grants. The heartbeat of NCFO is to convene and cultivate a community of generous givers around the vision that Orlando would become known as “The City Generous.”
As NCFO continues to grow, we are seeking a highly relational, strategic, and mission-driven Relationship Manager to help expand our impact throughout Central Florida and beyond.
Position Summary
The Relationship Manager (RM) will play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with givers, professional advisors, ministry partners, and community leaders. This individual will help families and individuals steward their resources in ways that maximize generosity and Kingdom impact.
This role requires a rare combination of pastoral relational ability, business development acumen, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally connects with people, understands complex giving strategies, and can effectively guide conversations that lead to meaningful action.
The RM will work closely with the President, Board of Trustees, and broader NCFO team to expand NCF’s presence, deepen existing relationships, and cultivate new opportunities throughout the Orlando region.
Key Responsibilities
Giver Engagement
Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing givers and families.
Help givers understand and utilize NCF’s charitable giving strategies and solutions.
Connect givers into the broader generosity community and mission opportunities.
Prospect Development
Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective high-capacity families and individuals.
Develop and execute intentional relationship strategies that lead to long-term engagement.
Advisor Engagement
Cultivate relationships with wealth managers, CPAs, estate attorneys, and other professional advisors.
Increase awareness and utilization of NCFO solutions among trusted advisors and centers of influence.
Partnership Development
Develop strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders.
Collaborate with the NCFO leadership team and board to identify growth opportunities and community engagement strategies.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management, business development, sales, or related fields.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and professional advisors preferred.
Exposure to charitable planning, philanthropy, financial services, or donor engagement desirable.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred.

Reports to: President
Employment Type: Full-time, salaried position with bonus potential and benefits
Work Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday with flexibility for events and meetings as needed
Work Environment: Approximately 50% office / 50% community engagement
Travel: Limited travel required
