Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact at the community, acting as the "face" of the organization.
Cover the front desk during business hours, greeting members and guests with a warm demeanor and ensuring the guest sign‑in process via the electronic tablet system.
Maintain the front desk area, keep all required forms up to date, and keep the mailroom organized and clean.
Assist members with way‑finding, building policies, and community etiquette; respond promptly to member and guest inquiries.
Plan and support community events and engagement activities, including posting event posters, coordinating operational requirements, and gathering post‑event feedback.
Provide feedback on programming and evaluate events based on attendance and satisfaction.
Build and nurture relationships with members, promoting a welcoming and collaborative environment.
Assist with building operations such as mail handling, keycard inventory, and emergency equipment usage.
Provide support for the automated coffee machine for guests and members.
Drive growth and promotion of provided service offerings, taking direction from the Community Lead and Manager.
Qualifications
College graduate preferred but not required.
1+ year of hospitality experience.
Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self‑awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
Passion for entrepreneurial communities and an understanding of the organization’s mission and values.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour. Eligible for an incentive compensation plan specific to the role.
