Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Lead Designer to drive design and product innovation for our core business: children’s sleepwear and apparel (including swimwear), with complementary matching family loungewear.
This role is design-first, with a strong emphasis on creating original prints, patterns, and products for babies and children, while extending collections across men’s and women’s styles. If a long term relationship is established, this person will also lead product innovation, seasonal development, and category expansion from concept through production.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with a strategic mindset—someone who not only designs compelling products but also identifies what to create next to grow the brand.
