Are you a commercially driven sales professional ready to own and grow Huddly's presence across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands?
Role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take full ownership of our business across France and the Benelux region. This is a field-first role. You will be out with partners and customers every week, presenting new products, running demos, and building the kind of strong, lasting business relationships that drive consistent revenue over time.
France and Benelux are markets where Huddly already has real traction and strong partner relationships. You will be building on a solid foundation, not starting from scratch.
You will be formally employed and based in Belgium or the Netherlands, with significant time spent in France as part of your territory.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners including resellers, AV integrators, and distributors across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
Visit key partners regularly to train their teams, support demos, and keep Huddly top of mind
Generate and develop end-customer pipeline by working closely with and through partner sales organizations
Identify and onboard new reseller and integrator partners to grow our regional footprint
Represent Huddly at regional trade shows, partner events, and industry activities
Report regularly to VP Sales on pipeline, partner activity, and market opportunities
What We're Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience within AV, IT hardware, unified communications, or technology distribution
Full professional proficiency in French and English
A channel mindset — you understand how resellers, integrators, and distributors think and operate
Commercially sharp — you track your pipeline, lead opportunities, and know how to close
Energetic and field-oriented, with a genuine drive to build and own a sales territory
Bonus Points
Existing network of AV/IT resellers or integrators in France, Belgium, or the Netherlands
Experience on the reseller, integration, or manufacturer side of the industry
Dutch or Flemish language skills
Technical knowledge within AV, UC, or IT
Background in a growth-stage company where you built and executed your own plan
