Summary
As an Account Executive team member, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with current and prospective customers. Responsibilities include generating leads and assisting the internal bid creation team in closing new opportunities that meet the financial guidelines established by leadership.

Establish and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers.
Generate leads and assist the internal bid creation team in closing new opportunities aligned with leadership financial guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Represent the company’s full line of products and services.
Target and acquire new customers and penetrate existing customers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads found in assigned territory.
Assist with marketing programs aimed at cultivating new business and provide input on the company website related to marketing and sales case studies.
Work with accounting to ensure proper cash collection and resolve disputes with customers.
Provide competitive information to management and strategically position the company with potential customers.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to security and access control.
Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws and regulations related to security services.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position manages customer relations and lead generation in the assigned territory.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
The job operates in an off-site, customer-facing location. It routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, fax machines, and copy machines. Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds is required.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, with occasional overnight travel expected.
Education & Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in the Access Security field (experience may be accepted in lieu of education).
Ability to travel locally during the business day and to travel out-of-area overnight.
