2nd Shift Production Supervisor – 4-Day Work Week at a Global Manufacturer
Pay Rate: $27–$36/hour + shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Poland, Maine (near Lewiston/Auburn and Gray/New Gloucester)
Typical daily duties

Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies
Monitor production processes to ensure safe, efficient operations and identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate and assign tasks to production staff, ensuring proper training and coverage
Oversee daily line operations and directly supervise production employees
Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations of team members
Qualifications

2–5 years of experience as a manufacturing or production supervisor
Direct oversight experience of 10+ employees
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage production priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
