Resurrection has an opening for a Technical Producer in the Resurrection Experience division! The position is part-time, non-exempt and is located at the West location at 24000 W Valley Pkwy, Olathe, KS 66061. Please see below for a full job description.
Job Summary

The West Technical Producer oversees and provides technical production support for worship services, ministry events, and online experiences at the West location. This position leads the execution of technical components for weekend worship, rehearsals, funerals, classes, ministry events, and other production-supported experiences.
Essential Responsibilities and Expectations

Coordinates and executes all technical aspects of weekend worship services, rehearsals, funerals, ministry events, classes, and special events.
Works closely with the Location Pastor, Worship Leader, Creative Central, and ministry leaders to prepare and execute production elements for worship and events.
Oversees audio, lighting, graphics, video playback, livestream support, staging, and service flow.
Provides high-quality audio support for worship services, rehearsals, speaking events, and ministry programming.
Recruits, trains, schedules, mentors, and empowers technical production volunteers.
Maintains organization, cleanliness, and readiness of technical production spaces and equipment.
Troubleshoots technical issues quickly and effectively during services and events.
Supports technical production efforts across Resurrection locations as needed.
Participates in staff meetings, planning meetings, trainings, and team development opportunities.
Responsible for audio, lighting, graphics, video, staging, livestream support, volunteer leadership, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production systems and equipment.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, organizing, and motivating teams or volunteers.
Experience in live audio, lighting, graphics, video production, livestreaming, or related technical production environments preferred.
Working knowledge of production systems including audio consoles, ProPresenter, lighting systems, video systems, and livestream technology preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as ministry needs require.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
