To support the growth and strengthening of the Victoria’s Secret brand across

Greece, Cyprus, and Malta , we are looking for an experienced and creative

Marketing Manager

who will lead and develop the brand’s marketing activities across multiple sales and communication channels.

The role is part of the regional structure and works closely with the regional management team based in Belgrade.

Key Responsibilities

Define marketing goals aimed at increasing market share and brand profitability

Develop, plan, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across different sales channels

Monitor and evaluate customer needs, habits, and market trends

Conduct research and analysis of financial, market, and demographic factors to identify market opportunities

Plan and supervise all marketing activities for the brand

Prepare and implement POS and other promotional materials

Develop and manage social media presence

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media representatives, and business partners

Organize PR events and promotional activities

Coordinate and communicate with external marketing, PR, and research agencies

Monitor key brand performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze brand performance

Recommend activities for stronger brand positioning and visibility

Monitor competitors’ activities and prepare relevant reports

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results

Requirements

University degree (Master’s degree preferred) in any field

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar role

Excellent command of English language

Proficiency in MS Office package, especially PowerPoint

Strong organizational and communication skills

Creative, proactive, and capable of independently managing projects
