Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and solutions-oriented 3D modeler to contribute to delivering innovative reality capture solutions. The 3D Modeling Specialist will be responsible for processing site conditions from LiDAR scanners and other photogrammetry equipment, performing data post‑processing, scan registering tasks, and performing web viewer visualization. This opportunity is ideal for entry‑level professionals who are interested in gaining more experience in digital asset management.

The selected candidate will get opportunity to work on a variety of structural engineering projects in India and the United States, including residential high‑rises, commercial development, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, industrial setups, and hotels.

Responsibilities will include working with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work. The work shall be shared by the project managers and engineers for projects based in the United States and/or India. Our projects range vastly in scale, detail, and complexity, and this position requires being able to work on multiple projects at a time with engineers and modelers from multiple geographic locations.

Perform data processing and registration tasks of the site captured data using software such as Leica Register360+, Autodesk ReCap and/or Navisworks.

Creation of digital twins using photogrammetry, LiDAR, 360 cameras, and other image sources.

3D Model development (required LOD, up to 500) in Autodesk Revit structure, model maintenance, and ownership.

Developing high quality drawings with the required plan-section-details, picking up drawing markups etc.

Use of in‑house developed plugins and tools for productivity enhancement.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s degree in engineering a plus).

1 to 3 years relevant work experience.

Work experience on US projects would be preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent hands‑on skills with Autodesk Revit structures or similar BIM tools.

Knowledge of LOD standards (e.g., LOD 100–500).

Troubleshoot and resolve geometry issues, clashes, and inconsistencies in scan‑derived models.

Previous experience with Cyclone, Autodesk ReCap and/or NavVis Ivion, Autodesk Civil3D, Autodesk Revit is beneficial.

Previous reality capture and/or surveying experience is preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex scan data.

Manage large datasets efficiently and maintain organized project files.

Knowledge of parametric modeling (Dynamo) is a plus.
