What You'll Do
The CRM and Loyalty Specialist is tasked with executing and optimizing CRM and loyalty initiatives across our customer channels. This role oversees campaign operations from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while enhancing processes, driving performance, and advancing strategic loyalty initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented, proactive professional eager to progress in CRM and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution:

Lead the creation, QA, and rollout of CRM and loyalty campaigns across marketing platforms, managing offer configurations and promotional setups with precision.

Translate audience segmentation into action to align with campaign strategies.

Act as the main point of contact for campaign execution inquiries and troubleshooting.

Ensure all campaigns comply with business requirements, standards, and deadlines.

Calendar & Workflow Management:

Oversee the campaign calendar by ensuring alignment across teams and priorities, identifying risks to timelines, and implementing solutions for timely delivery.

Coordinate input across various departments, improving workflow efficiency, and minimizing bottlenecks during execution.

Process & Documentation:

Spearhead the development and ongoing enhancement of CRM and loyalty Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while identifying gaps in current processes and implementing scalable solutions.

Standardize campaign setup procedures to ensure consistency and reduce errors, while also supporting the training and onboarding of new team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Finance, and external vendors to offer input on strategy, execution feasibility, and campaign structure.

Act as a liaison between technical and business teams involved in loyalty initiatives.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Support and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to identify optimization opportunities based on data and results.

Partner with leadership to enhance customer engagement and retention continuously.

Essential Qualities for Success

2-4 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, email marketing, or a related field.

Preferred experience in retail, e-commerce, or loyalty programs.

Strong familiarity with CRM, ESP, CDP, or marketing automation platforms.

Proven ability to manage campaign execution and timelines independently.

High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Proficient in balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

Excellent communication skills with experience working across departments.

Analytical mindset comfortable with interpreting campaign performance data.

Physical Requirements

Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods.

Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.

Ability to navigate and access all facilities.

Effective verbal communication skills in person and via electronic devices.

Close vision for tasks related to computer use.

The pay range for this position is $44,000 - $49,000 annually and is eligible for bonuses. Exact compensation will be determined by factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
