IPS Installer

Position Overview

This Installer position involves installing insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by TruTeam.
Responsibilities

Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
Plan daily work schedule, ensuring truck is loaded with products, tools, and equipment.
Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
Complete any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum age 18 years.
Valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation.
Travel Requirements

Local and out‑of‑town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.
Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination and hand dexterity. Lifting up to 50 pounds.
