Description TheMarketing Specialist serves as a key contributor supporting marketinginitiatives for UCLA Health|UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine programs andservice lines. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders and Marketingand Communications colleagues to help plan, develop, and execute marketingactivities aligned with organizational goals. The incumbent is responsible for executingmarketing plans and supporting the development of strategies for internal andexternal audiences that promote UCLA Health|DGSOM services and priorities.Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role ensures marketing effortsare aligned with brand standards, organizational priorities, and stakeholderneeds. The incumbent applies professional marketingknowledge to implement campaigns and initiatives. Assignments are moderately complexand require independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques, withguidance provided for more complex or ambiguous situations. Annual Salary Range: $78,500.00 - $163,600.00

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor'sdegree in a related field or equivalent experience 3-7years of progressively responsible marketing experience Strongknowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and campaign execution Strongwritten, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Abilityto work effectively in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders Abilityto manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Abilityto apply judgment to solve moderately complex problems and escalate when needed Experiencesupporting market research efforts, including competitive analysis and audienceinsights Strongorganizational and project coordination skills Abilityto build collaborative working relationships across teams Experienceexecuting marketing campaigns and supporting marketing programs
