Applications Specialist / Digital Artist
Bring Your Creativity to Life
Are you passionate about digital art, design, and innovation? Do you enjoy turning creative ideas into tangible products that people can see, touch, and experience?
At LSINC, we're looking for a talented and curious Applications Specialist / Digital Artist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to blend creativity with technology while working on cutting-edge direct-to-object printing projects, product development, and visual communications.
If you love creating artwork, solving design challenges, learning new technologies, and collaborating with a team that values innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As an Applications Specialist / Digital Artist, you'll play an important role in helping bring ideas from concept to production. You'll work closely with clients, sales, marketing, leadership, and production teams to create visually compelling and technically sound artwork for a wide variety of projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating digital artwork, graphics, and visual assets for print, marketing, and customer projects
Developing both 2D and 3D artwork for direct-to-object printing applications
Preparing production-ready files and mechanical proofs for client review and approval
Collaborating with customers and internal teams to develop creative solutions and visual concepts
Editing and optimizing images for production and print quality
Creating layouts and identifying potential production challenges before manufacturing begins
Supporting the sales team with samples, artwork, and technical consultations
Learning and applying the capabilities of advanced printing technologies
Helping establish best practices, artwork standards, and file preparation processes
Maintaining digital asset libraries and project files
Participating in testing and experimentation to expand printing capabilities and improve quality
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is both creative and technical-someone who enjoys artistic design but also appreciates the details that make production successful.
Preferred qualifications include:
Strong artistic and visual design skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software
Understanding of digital file formats and print production workflows
Ability to learn new software, technologies, and processes independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas
Experience with large-format printing, prepress, color management, or RIP software such as Onyx Thrive is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Why You'll Love This Role
This isn't a typical graphic design position.
You'll have the opportunity to:
See your artwork transformed into real-world products
Work with advanced printing technologies and innovative manufacturing processes
Collaborate with engineers, marketers, designers, and industry leaders
Explore new creative applications and push the boundaries of digital printing
Help shape the future of visual communication and product decoration
If you're energized by creativity, technology, continuous learning, and seeing your ideas become reality, we encourage you to apply.
Come create something extraordinary with us.
