Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer, based in Greenville, NC. The Graphic Designer will develop visual materials to support print and digital projects, including branding, advertisements, signage, and promotional designs. Core responsibilities include creating and reviewing design concepts, selecting appropriate colors and layouts, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to bring creative visions to life. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will prepare print-ready files and oversee production quality where required.
Qualifications

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong skills in branding, typography, and layout design
Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills for design accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional creativity and an eye for aesthetics
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
Previous experience in a print or advertising setting is a plus
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
