Business Development Executive/Associate (3 Month Probation), Experience: 3 Years in Sales, Origin: Indian, Location: Los Angeles, CA, USA.
Roles & Responsibilities
Quickly achieve intimate knowledge of stone or Marble products, value proposition, and positioning.
Conduct Market & Competitor Survey for Quartz Surfaces/Quartz Countertops.
Analyze quality, variety, and pricing and identify major competitors and offerings in the market.
Maintain a high awareness and understanding of the market.
Develop a concrete sales plan with a clear strategy to target allocated segments and territories.
Generate outbound efforts by implementing strategies to bring direct clients, wholesalers, and retailers.
Meet lead generation targets and focus on sales targets as established by management.
Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product samples and presentations.
Work on leads assigned from Head Office, India with maximum conversion.
Use CRM for account management and client database maintenance.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.
Requirements
Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a highly demanding, fast‑paced environment.
Deal with C‑level & corporate clients.
Professional sales, communication, and presentation skills are a must.
Experience in customer service and relationship management.
Persuasive verbal and written communication skills, including solid proofing skills.
Proven ability to multi‑task in a deadline‑driven environment.
Knowledge of Import, Export, and Stone Industry will be an added advantage.
Should have own car with a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
