ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and detail-oriented Partnership Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management and growth of our Brick & Mortar (B&M) retail partnerships (e.g., Dick’s Sporting Goods, Johnson Fitness & Wellness). As a key member of the 3P Retail team, you will steward complex regional processes and major annual initiatives. This role requires a professional who is comfortable in evolving environments and possesses the analytical rigor to resolve intricate operational challenges. You will serve as the primary operational point of contact, ensuring our brand presence and inventory health are supported across hundreds of physical store locations.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Act as the lead operational contact for assigned B&M partners. Identify opportunities for growth, develop solutions for underperforming territories, and utilize independent judgment to achieve shared business goals.
Foster inventory health by collaborating with Supply Chain to ensure adequate stock levels to meet sales goals. Navigate the nuances of retail sell‑through volatility to ensure our partners have the right product in the right locations at the right time.
Partner with Marketing and Creative teams, and Auditing services to ensure Peloton’s premium brand standards are met across all physical touchpoints. Coordinate the tactical execution of product merchandising, signage updates, floor model rotations, and seasonal resets.
Proactively engage internal teams (e.g., Sales Enablement, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing) to align on GTM launches and continuous improvement. Be a contributor to best practices for 3P retail operations.
Conduct regular business reviews, translating complex retail data (Foot traffic, Attach rates, ROI) into actionable insights. Establish the standards for maintaining partner documentation and reporting.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
Relevant experience in Retail Account Management, Channel Sales, or Vendor Management (experience with high‑volume retail environments is a plus).
Proven ability to work independently and create structure to solve complex, unstructured problems.
Demonstrated experience managing operational chargebacks, inventory forecasting, and retail compliance.
Advanced proficiency in tools like Looker and Excel; ability to move beyond "pulling data" to formulating recommendations based on that data.
Trusted by peers and management to steward cross‑functional projects and constructively influence priorities.
Strong ability to share updates, opportunities, and solutions clearly with peers and senior leadership.
